Hope everyone is well and enjoying the autumn. A few announcements to get right into…
I am aware that some of you may have come to expect coming to OCSC for Halloween dance parties. yep-ever since Hell closed, we picked up the mantle of the outrageous, crazy, costume, Halloween ON OCT 31! dance party. They have been VERY fun in the past, but this year, we have come to a decision that we can’t have one.
Our staff is MIGHTY but quite small. This works so well on the daily basis (as you all know!) but to do these big events, the system and people are taxed. We want to figure out a way to bring you a super FUN new year’s eve, but for this OCT 31, we will be opening for Friday happy hour 4-10 but closing for the night after that.
It’s been a tremendously hard thing to get the guts to write to you all about- we never want to let you down. but we need to do this, for a multitude of reasons, and we hope you will stand by us in our decision and not be too disappointed.
keep coming to the bar- please! don’t be mad.
